Nancy Rodriguez, PhD, RD, CSSD, FACSM is currently a Professor of Nutritional Sciences in the Departments of Kinesiology, and Allied Health. She is also the Director of UCONN Sports Nutrition Programs and a University of Connecticut Teaching Fellow.
